Meet the Living Design Technology Team
Tika Vales Caldwell
Tika is the founder of Living Design Consultants and
creator of Living Design Technology®. She is involved in every area of the company and enjoys being the team leader. Tika created the Living Design System and educational program based off of her life’s work. She provides personal, environmental, and architectural consulting services.
Cayla Oakley
Cayla has apprenticed with Tika since 2018 and is a Certified Living Design Consultant. She started in the studio making ceramic harmonizers and is now involved with overseeing production, customer service, and logistics. Cayla is also Tika’s executive and personal assistant and manages the Brevard office.
Craig Weeding
Craig has been working with Living Design since 2017. He is our team geek and media specialist. Craig is a Certified Living Design Consultant and has a leadership role within the company. Craig‘s wide array of professional skills makes him instrumental in many facets of LDT. He specializes in archtectural consulting, new product development, and installation of large LDT projects.
Leah Standley
Leah Standley has known Tika since 2003 through Tika’s ceramics company, Hasslock Studios. In 2025, she officially joined Living Design to coordinate ceramics production and strengthen the connection between design, manufacturing, and fulfillment. An entrepreneur, artist, and product designer, Leah specializes in systems coordination and bridge-building across creative and operational teams. She leads labeling and packaging initiatives, supports website management, and oversees the Living Design fulfillment center in Asheville.
Nicholas Hasslock
Nicholas has been involved with overseeing Living Design ceramic production since 2014. He also participates in product development and manufacturing. Nicholas works closely with Craig, and is Tika’s oldest son. He is the owner of the New Orleans Tile Company, founded in 2008, which is currently located in Asheville, NC.
Cindy Graham
Cindy is a Certified Living Design Consultant and has apprenticed with Tika since 2017. Cindy and Tika often teach LDT educational workshops and do trade shows as a team. She provides LDT Personal and Environmental Energy Balancing services and creates the Convergent Harmonics LDT infused Jewelry Line. Cindy is the founder and owner of Natural Health Asheville.
Debra Oakley
Deb has been with Living Design since 2017. She has been instrumental with the development of our architectural, educational and affiliate manuals and associated programs. Deb is an award-winning graphic designer and participates as a consultant in design and printing projects.
Tracy Geor
Tracy is a trained Living Design Consultant and apprenticed with Tika for years. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Wilderness Education from Brevard College and has advanced training in Massage Therapy and the Feldenkrais Method. She is a Primal Move Instructor and practitioner of Touch for Health, Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy. At Lotus Path in Brevard, Tracy integrates these modalities with Living Design Technology® to support mind, body, and spirit in her sessions.
Sarah Caldwell
Sarah is an operations and education consultant who advises the team with certain aspects of the business. She has been an adviser to Living Design since 2007 and is the daughter of our co-founder, Richard Caldwell. Her professional expertise is software development, customer education, and marketing.
Our team is dedicated to amplfying harmony within our company and our world. Each one of us has a unique skill set and we are cross-trained in many areas for strength and versatility.
