Meet Living Design’s Architectural Consulting Team
Tim Posey, Architect
Tim is a licensed architect and general contractor with more than 30 years of experience. Tim’s design/build talents include new residential and commercial building, urban infill, historic preservation, renovation, and adaptive re-use ventures in varied environments. Tim is trained in Bio-Geometry and Feng-Shui.
Tim met Richard in New Orleans in 1998 and Tika in 1999 where they became friends prior to moving to North Carolina in 2006. From 2006 to 2010 Tim and Richard formed a company called Caldwell-Posey Architects to collaborate with several friends on a development project in North Carolina. Tim enjoyed apprenticing with Richard during this time and in 2024 they were inspired to collaborate on several projects, thus joining Richard, Tika and Craig to form the Living Design Architectural Team.
Craig Weeding
Craig is a highly experienced Project Manager specializing in complex infrastructure systems. His expertise spans electrical, water, HVAC, lighting, acoustics, audio-visual media, and he excels at integrating diverse technical elements to deliver effcient, sustainable solutions that are harmonized with Living Design Technology®.
Craig started working with Tika and Richard on a project in Marshall, North Carolina in 2017. As a result he was able to apprentice with Richard for seven years and participated in writing the Living Design Bio-Energetic Architectural Manual with Tika and Richard.
Raphe Geor GreenStone Design and Consulting (GSD) is led by our founder, Raphael Geor. Originally from the coastal towns of Gisborne and Waihi Beach in New Zealand, Raphael gained early hands-on expertise assisting his father on construction projects before becoming a lead foreman in his 20s. With over 25 years of experience and several award-winning projects to his name, he possesses a deep understanding of building and engineering practices.
Tika Vales Caldwell
Tika is the founder of Living Design Consultants and co-founder of Living Design Technology. She was trained in Bio-Geometry along with her husband, Richard, from 2000 to 2010.
Tika co-authored the Bio-Energetic Architectural and Living Design System Manual with Richard in 2022 while they were working with another architect on a project in Sedona, Arizona.
Tika specializes in design development, bio-energetic testing, and installation of the Living Design system for built environments. She also provides bio-energetic land assessments and harmonization services.
